What you can expect

A case-specific plan and documentation of the work completed, available findings, sources where appropriate, and unresolved questions. The final scope and deliverables are agreed before work begins.

Practical and legal limits

Surveillance is limited by privacy rights, access, conditions, and applicable law. No trespassing, unlawful recording, or unauthorized account access. Activity may not occur during an observation period, and specific results are never guaranteed.

Surveillance
with a defined purpose.

We discuss relevant locations, timing, known information, and lawful access before surveillance begins. Assignments outside Westminster depend on scope, travel, and case requirements.
