General website and service information.
General information
This website describes types of investigative work for discussion. It is not legal advice, an offer to perform every described task, or a guarantee of results. Services depend on lawful purpose, jurisdiction, access, authorization, and an agreed engagement. Contact alone does not create an investigator-client or attorney-client relationship.
Methods and limits
No service includes unlawful access to accounts, trespassing, unauthorized interception, or obtaining restricted records without legal authority. Records and observations can be incomplete or mistaken. Findings do not establish guilt and cannot guarantee admissibility, successful litigation, a locate, or recovery of money.
Screening and consumer reports
Employment, tenancy, credit, insurance, or other eligibility uses may require a permissible purpose, notices, consent, and adverse-action procedures under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws. Confirm compliance requirements before ordering or using a report. A general background inquiry is not automatically suitable for eligibility decisions.
Emergencies and professional advice
Call 911 for an immediate emergency. A private investigation does not replace law enforcement or legal advice. Consult qualified counsel about legal rights, deadlines, recording rules, or intended use of findings.
Engagement terms
Fees, scope, timing, information handling, and deliverables are established separately. No licensing, insurance, certification, law-enforcement affiliation, or particular professional credential is represented by this website.
